I know it’s been pretty quiet around here but after I quit my job I had to take some time off and went on a short trip to Jesolo and Venice with my buddies Fabio and Tobias. We are all in the creative biz and we know how stressful it can be, plus be haven’t seen each other for a long time so we decited to take a week off and go on vacation. And by vacation we mean the chilled beach/sightseeing/sports vacation — no need for party all night.
It’s been really great and relaxing plus the weathergod was on our side — almost every day arround 35 degree celcius which was perfect. We took a ferry to venice and made a little sightseeing tour through the city and visited the Biennale Arte 2013 which was pretty inspiring. The Pavilion of Ireland hosted Richard Mosse’s shortfilm “The Enclave” and huge prints which were really impressive. I’ve linked videos about the enclave at the very end of this post. If you are interested in art or design I highly recommend visiting venice and if you do so get your ass up early and take the first ferry in the morning, venice can be horrible after all the tourists arrive at 11 am.
